1.What are human rights?

Human rights are fundamental rights for all humans beings no matter color, sex, language, or place. We all are equal and these fundamental rights are universal. These rights must be fulfilled by law.  International human rights law lays down obligations of Governments to act in certain ways or to refrain from certain acts, in order to promote and protect human rights and fundamental freedoms of individuals or groups.

 2. Which of the human rights do you personally think is the most important? 

The most important of the human rights for me are freedom of thought and freedom of expression (art.18-19). Because everyone needs to be free to be happy and in peace and a world in peace is a better place.
